Akshay Laxman is an Indian illusionist, mentalist, trickster, motivator, hypnotist, film maker and writer. Akshay was inspired by the illusionist David Copperfield at the age of five. He first performed in a stage show in 2003. He gained attention in 2011 after he performed magic shows in Carnival Cruise Line. He is a B.M.M Graduate i.e. Bachelor of Mass Media. Akshay knew all along that clarity of thought is what serves as the basic foundation for any successful entrepreneur.

As a sheer example of Motivation, his hands always shivered and Akshay would stammer in delivering every sentence. A magic performance has two basic requirements – Command on your language & speech – and Dexterous hand movements. Akshay overcame his physical disabilities, by rigorously performing for an audience after another! And as a result, he Reads Minds for a living!

Akshay Laxman is known for his appearances in television specials, stage productions, and Indian television series such as Magic Hai Hindustani and Masterchef India Season 3 . Since his first appearance Internationally on Carnival Cruise Lines in 2011, Akshay Laxman has become increasingly well known for his mind-reading act. He has uploaded a lot of his performances on YouTube. He has features at many TV channels like Star Plus, Zee Tv, Aaj Tak, UTV Bindass, CNBC, POGO TV. Laxman performs for India’s leading corporations today.

Akshay’s career got a breakthrough after performing in the India’s Got Talent. Later, he performed a magic show for Aamir Khan and his family.
