A useful brief answers five questions: the date and city of the event, who the audience is and how many people will be in the room, the theme or message the session should carry, whether you need a keynote, a panel, a workshop or a performance, and the budget range you are working with. If you do not know all of it yet, send what you have and we will fill the gaps on a call.

Many organisers contact us with a theme rather than a name: a sales kick-off that needs energy, a leadership offsite that needs a difficult conversation, or a college festival that wants a celebrity. Those briefs work well too. Tell us what you want the audience to feel and do, and we will suggest speakers who have done it before.

If you already have a speaker in mind, mention them by name. We will check their availability for your date and, if they are not free, suggest two or three speakers who can deliver the same kind of session.

Every enquiry stays with one programme manager from the first message to the end of the event, so you never repeat your brief to different people. The same person shares the shortlist, arranges the briefing call with the speaker, confirms travel and timings, and is on the phone on the day.

Our office in Mira Road, Mumbai is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST. Messages sent outside those hours, at weekends or on public holidays are answered on the next working day.
