Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Jaikrit Speaker Bureau (“JSB”, “we”) collects through jaikritspeakerbureau.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Enquiries and briefs — your name, organisation, email, phone number and the event details you choose to share (date, city, audience size, budget band, theme).
• Speaker applications — the details, photographs and documents you send through the Join the roster form.
• Speaker accounts — for invited speakers, the login details and profile information they enter.
• Your shortlist — the speakers you save are kept in a cookie in your own browser (see Cookies).

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, check speaker availability, send you quotes and manage your booking; to assess speaker applications; and to keep records required by law. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

When you ask about a speaker, we share the event details needed to check availability with that speaker or their management. We use service providers for hosting and email, who process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months; booking records are kept as long as tax and contract law requires.

Cookies

We use a cookie named jsb_shortlist to remember the speakers you save, for up to 90 days. If you log in as a speaker, WordPress sets login cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@jaikritspeakerbureau.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.
