Aravindaksha Madhava Das is a dynamic youth mentor, leadership coach, and inspirational speaker who has dedicated over a decade of his life to guiding and transforming the lives of thousands of students and young professionals across India. With a rare blend of academic excellence, professional experience, and spiritual insight, he brings an authentic, value-based approach to personal and professional growth.
Originally trained as an Aeronautical Engineer, Aravindaksha Madhava Das began his journey like many high achievers—driven by ambition and excellence. He earned his degree from the Aeronautical Society of India and trained at Air India, stepping into a prestigious career in engineering. However, during his academic years, he was drawn towards deeper questions about purpose and fulfillment. A chance visit to an ISKCON center and the purchase of a Bhagavad Gita marked the turning point in his life. What began as a curiosity became a calling.
Motivated by a sincere desire to serve humanity and help others discover their higher purpose, he left his lucrative engineering career to pursue the path of monkhood with ISKCON. Now in his eleventh year as a full-time monk, Aravindaksha Madhava Das has become one of the most influential youth mentors in the country, especially within spiritual and leadership education domains.
As the Deputy Director of ISKCON Youth Forum (IYF), New Delhi, he leads large-scale youth empowerment programs, developing character-based leadership models and fostering spiritual consciousness among students. Under his guidance, the IYF has reached over 10,000 students across more than eight states in India, helping them navigate challenges in academics, career planning, relationships, and lifestyle with clarity and values.
He is also the President of the Ethiccraft Club, a platform that integrates ethical leadership with holistic development, and serves as the Director of the Ethiccraft Student Centres at YMCA and Delhi University, where he actively mentors college students to live by principles and discover their true potential.
In 2024, he organized UDGAAR, one of the largest youth festivals in Delhi, impacting over 8,000 students at Delhi University Stadium. These events are not just motivational—they are transformative, leaving participants with actionable insights, spiritual grounding, and renewed purpose.
Another noteworthy initiative led by him is the Monk School India, a movement aimed at touching 10 million lives in the next ten years by integrating ancient wisdom with modern leadership and life skills. This visionary project is a bold step toward redefining education and empowerment for India’s youth.
A certified teacher of Bhakti Shastri, TTC 1 & 2, and IDC, he brings structured spiritual education into his seminars and workshops. He is also a graduate of GBC College, which equips senior leaders in ISKCON with advanced management and leadership training.
