Dhruv and Swarna are husband and wife. Dhruv Sharma teaches music to children in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh and also helps in charity for poor children. Both of them are engrossed in the devotion of Krishna and Radha Rani. Dhruv and Swarna nowadays recite and chant Bhagavad Katha. Due to social media, the pair of both has become very popular in recent times. His lovely bhajan “Chhoti Si Kishori Mere Angana Mein Dole Re” became the identity of his singing and after that there was a line of excellent bhajans one by one.
Dhruv Sharma started singing only at the age of 4. At the age of 13, he started taking training from different music gurus. Dhruv Sharma made Ustad Iqbal Ahmed Khan Sahab of Delhi Gharana his guru and started taking music lessons from him. Due to some misunderstanding, his training was left in the middle, or rather, due to misunderstanding, he left the Guru’s company soon. He was so attached to music that he started going to his teacher for music lessons without telling him at home. He also participated in the Indian Idol singing reality show. After which his estrangement with his Guru ended.
Swarna Shree’s real name is Sona Saraswat. She is a resident of Mathura. Since childhood, her attachment has been towards religion. Whether it is following religious gurus or attachment to religious books. Till now Dhruv and Swarna have performed in many cities of the country as well as abroad. At present their hymns are very famous.
