His academic excellence led him to a teaching role at KKWAGH Engineering College, where he inspired students as a lecturer for one year. With a strong foundation in engineering, he then served in the Aircraft Manufacturing Division at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in Nashik for over five years, showcasing his technical expertise.

In 2008, Krishna Dhan das embarked on a transformative journey, joining ISKCON Nashik as a full-time preacher. His dedication and leadership qualities soon led him to become the president of ISKCON Nashik. He is the visionary Founder and Director of “The Samruddhi School of Leadership,” a dynamic training and guidance forum for teenagers, and “Vidya Vinay Gurukul,” which blends traditional and modern educational systems.

An accomplished author, Krishna Dhan das has penned two influential books, “Get-Set-Go- Student’s Success Handbook” and “Launch Your Life to the Next Level,” both of which have garnered acclaim, including “The PVLF Best Self-Help Book of the Year Award.” His engaging and motivational seminars have resonated with audiences at numerous esteemed educational institutes and industries across India, including HAL, Jindal, CTR, Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., Siemens Ltd., L&T, and Rotary Club events.
