Home / Why JSB
One brief. One reply. One point of contact until the applause.
Since 2008 we have programmed 1,200+ stages for summits, conferences, leadership offsites and brand events across India. We are not a marketplace — every speaker on our roster is met, vetted and briefed by us, and every booking is managed end to end.

Everything a programme team needs, under one roof
The features organisers tell us they can't get from a talent agency, an events company, or a speaker's own manager.
Vetted roster, not an open marketplace
Every speaker is met in person, watched live, and reference-checked before listing. If they are on our site, we have seen them hold a room.
Shortlist once, hear back once
Save up to ten names and send a single brief. We return availability, indicative fees, formats and past stages for the whole list in one reply.
Pre-event briefing call, every time
A 30-minute call between your programme lead and the speaker, facilitated by us, so the talk lands on your theme, your audience and your time slot.
Transparent, all-inclusive quotes
One number that includes fee, travel, stay and our management. No surprise line items after you have signed.
Replacement guarantee
If a confirmed speaker cannot make it, we place a like-for-like replacement at no extra management fee — or refund the fee in full.
7 languages, pan-India
Speakers who present in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Punjabi and English — matched to where your audience actually is.
Virtual and hybrid ready
Studio-quality remote keynotes with our tech check the day before, and hybrid formats that keep the room and the stream equally engaged.
Moderators and run-of-show
Need a host to hold the day together? We supply moderators, panel chairs and emcees, and help shape the running order so energy peaks at the right moment.
A speaker brief for your committee
Bio, session outlines, AV requirements, introduction script and approved photographs — one document to circulate before you confirm.

Programmed for the sectors that run India's stages
“We had three slots and eleven days. They came back with five names, all available, all briefed on our theme.”
“The briefing call is the difference. Our keynote quoted our own CEO's town-hall line back to 1,400 people. The room went quiet.”
“One invoice for four speakers across two cities, and a coordinator who knew where every one of them was at 8am.”
Before you brief us
How far in advance should we enquire?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most keynotes; celebrity and sporting names often need three months. That said, a third of our bookings come in under three weeks — tell us the date and we’ll tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you charge the organiser a fee?
No. Shortlisting, availability checks and quotes are free. Our management is included in the single all-inclusive quote you accept when you confirm.
How much does a speaker cost?
Fees vary with the speaker, the date, the city and the format, and they change over time. Tell us about your event and our coordinator will come back with a defined fee for your specific request.
Can a speaker tailor the talk to our theme?
Yes — that is what the facilitated briefing call is for. Every speaker on the roster has agreed to a pre-event call with your programme lead, and most will incorporate your theme, terminology and a few audience-specific references.
What if we need someone who isn't on the roster?
Ask. We source beyond the published directory regularly, including international names, and apply the same vetting and management to a one-off booking.
Do you handle virtual or hybrid events?
Yes. We run a tech check with the speaker the day before, supply a studio-quality set-up where needed, and advise on formats that keep a streamed audience engaged alongside the room.
When can we reach you?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm IST, on +91 97690 26340 or info@jaikritspeakerbureau.com. Briefs sent after hours are answered by 9:30 am the next working day.
Ready when you are. Tell us the date and the theme.
One brief, one reply within a working day, no obligation and no fee to enquire.
