Information on this website
Speaker profiles, topics, fees and availability are provided in good faith for planning purposes. They can change without notice and are confirmed only in a written agreement for a specific event.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry or a brief is free and creates no obligation for either side. A booking exists only when both parties sign a booking agreement, which sets out the fee, payment terms, cancellation terms and logistics.
Speaker accounts
Speaker accounts are by invitation. Speakers are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit and confirm they have the right to publish the photographs, videos and text they upload. JSB reviews every profile before publication and may edit or decline content.
Intellectual property
The website design, text and the JSB name and logo belong to Jaikrit Speaker Bureau. Speaker names, photographs and trademarks belong to their owners and are used with permission.
Links to other websites
Links to books, videos and social profiles lead to websites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, JSB is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
