Musthafa Pc is the CEO and Co-Founder of iD Fresh Food which was started 12 years ago and currently, it employs 1500+ youngsters from rural India and is feeding millions with healthy idly and dosas and other fresh, preservative-free products on a daily basis. He was born in a small village in Kerala, and his father worked as a collie in a coffee plantation. He was a school dropout who later did his Engineering in Computer Science from NIT Calicut and MBA from IIM-Bangalore.

Musthafa PC humble beginnings strengthened his social consciousness and resolve to help build a world, where everyone has equal opportunities. After spending initial years of his career at top MNCs in India and abroad, becoming an entrepreneur was a natural progression for PC. His aim was to provide employment opportunities to aspirants from rural India.

With iD Fresh Food, PC’s endeavor was to make fresh, home-made food accessible to one and all. He identified the gap in the market, afflicted with poor quality idli/dosa batter. In 2005, the company was the first in India to promote authentic Indian foods that are 100% natural and preservative-free. The team’s clarity on their brand philosophy has helped its evolution from a modest family-run business to a professionally-run organization that currently operates in 24 cities across India and the UAE.

Musthafa PC has been lauded with many prestigious awards, such as the Forbes Tycoons of Tomorrow, India Today Make in India Award, JCI National Award, Vocational Excellence Award and Entrepreneur India Award, IIMB distinguished Alumni award, to name a few. Part of Indian Philanthropy Initiative, PC works closely with Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV) for the welfare of Army Martyrs’ kin.

Musthafa PC is also part of the Prime Minister’s ‘Champions of Change’ team with a vision to build a new India by 2022. He has been invited to share his success story at various esteemed platforms, including the Harvard Business School, MIT-Sloan and United Nations. With an emphasis on innovative packaging and unique product delivery, PC has helped pave the way for a revolution in the fresh food market in India.

Mustafa PC who employs only rural poor people with commitment says it is very hard to find a right team to take the company forward. But this does not stop him from dreaming a beautiful future for his company.
