She founded learning Arena- an Online Tutoring company in 2013 with just two tutors & 5 students, Learning Arena now has a pool of 25 tutors across India & sells more than 500 tutoring hours a month.
She Co-founded Skillquest360 in 2018, which is primarily into Skill Development through Coaching , Training & Consulting,
